Set Free Care Community Hub is a drop in Centre in the Southport CBD.
Our Charity exists to provide a safe, supportive and accepting environment for vulnerable people within the Southport and wider Gold Coast community. We value each visitor and strive to allow people the opportunity to maintain their own dignity and offer pathways to professional services.
By the provision of basic human needs such as meals, showers, connection and a caring heart, we are able to truly care for the most vulnerable in our community. We are a charity that believes in biblical principles and the life changing love that God has for us.
We love the one's in front of us, and hope that we can make a meaningful difference in their life.
Youth Outreach is a Gold Coast Specialist Homelessness Service and is funded by the Queensland Government Department of Housing.
Youth Outreach is a Gold Coast Project for Homeless Youth Inc. initiative and is an incorporated community organisation formed in 1984 to provide accommodation and support for homeless young people in the Gold Coast Local Government Area.
We aim to accommodate and support young people who are in crisis and in need of immediate accommodation and who are disadvantaged or at risk and in need of transitional (medium term) accommodation. Our Mobile Support service offer a range of services for young people to secure and sustain stable accommodation.

Compassion is a Christian international holistic child development organisation. Through our Child Sponsorship Program, more than 2 million children are currently being released from poverty in Jesus’ name. With over seven decades of experience, Compassion’s unique approach to solving poverty works: research proves it.
Our response to poverty is different. Our focus is one child at a time. We build long-term relationships between children and their local church family.
In response to God’s call Compassion gives hope to the hopeless, spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ in a culturally relevant, non-coercive way. While Compassion is a distinctly Christian organisation, we assist children and their families living in poverty regardless of their beliefs, gender or background.
Children are the hardest hit by poverty, the least able to change their circumstances, and at the heart of Jesus’ ministry.
We address the holistic needs of the individual child so that they can become responsible and fulfilled adults, equipped to change their communities.
Programs are delivered in partnership with local churches in developing countries.
These local congregations can best identify the specific needs of children in their community, able to adapt our programs to bring change to their communities.
